ENAG seeks to create a cross-border digital ecosystem for women in agriculture based on new greener, sustainable entrepreneurial models.
It aims to increase (self-)employment opportunities in rural areas by developing a comprehensive programme using modern tools focused on increasing competencies, skills, and practical knowledge of unemployed, hard-to-employ women, but also VET trainers, career counsellors, agronomists, students and graduates, designed as a response to local labour market needs.
